Terms of Use

These terms apply to the mobile game Rollomino (“the game”) and any purchases made in it. By installing or playing the game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

1. Who we are

The game is provided by Ondřej Plas, ID No. (IČO) 02368391, Lubno 107, 503 15 Nechanice, Czech Republic (“we”, “us”). Contact: rollomino.game@gmail.com.

2. Your licence to play

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The terms of the store you downloaded the game from (Google Play or the Apple App Store) also apply.

3. Fair use

You agree not to:

• copy, modify, decompile or reverse-engineer the game, except where the law expressly allows it;
• cheat, hack, or use tools that unlock paid content without paying;
• resell, rent or distribute the game or its content;
• use the game in any unlawful way.

4. In-app purchases

The game is free to download. Levels 1–100 are free. Optional one-time purchases are offered in the game:

• Level blocks – each block of 100 levels (101–200, 201–300) can be unlocked for free by earning 3 stars on every level of the previous block, or right away with a purchase;
• Skins – individual board and block skins, unlocked with stars earned in the game or with a purchase;
• Supporter Pack – unlocks all level blocks and all skins, including levels and skins added in future updates for as long as we offer the game.

All purchases are non-consumable: you pay once and keep the item. Prices, including VAT where applicable, are shown in the store before you confirm. Payment is handled entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms; we never see your payment details.

Restoring purchases. Purchases are linked to your store account. On Android they are restored automatically; you can also use Shop → Restore purchases after reinstalling or on a new device signed in to the same account.

Right of withdrawal (EU). Purchased items are digital content delivered immediately after payment. By confirming the purchase you ask us to supply it right away and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has started. This does not affect your rights if the content is faulty.

Refunds. Refund requests are handled by the store you bought from under its refund policy (for Google Play see the Google Play refund policy). If something you paid for did not unlock, contact us and we will help.

Stars and unlocked items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or refunded outside the store's own process.

5. Your progress

Your progress is stored only on your device. Uninstalling the game or clearing its data deletes it, and we cannot recover it. Purchases are not lost this way – they can be restored as described above.

6. Changes and availability

We may update the game – add, change or remove levels, features or skins – to improve it, fix problems or meet legal requirements. Features you have paid for will not be removed without a fair reason. We aim to keep the game available but cannot guarantee it will always run without interruption or on every device. We may stop offering the game in the future; if we do, we will give reasonable notice where possible.

7. Intellectual property

The game, including its levels, graphics, music, sounds, code and the name and logo “Rollomino”, belongs to us or our licensors. These terms do not give you any ownership of it.

8. Liability

The game is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage, lost data or lost profits arising from the use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer (for example rights from defective digital content).

9. Ending these terms

You can stop using the game at any time by uninstalling it. We may end your licence if you seriously break these terms (for example by cheating to unlock paid content).

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Czech law. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at rollomino.game@gmail.com – we will try to resolve it quickly. Consumers can also use out-of-court dispute resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, adr.coi.cz).

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add new features or the law changes. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date. Important changes will also be shown in the game. If you keep playing after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.
