Privacy Policy
Effective 4 November 2026
This policy explains what data the mobile game Rollomino (“the game”) and this website collect, why, and what you can do about it. In short: the game works without an account, your progress stays on your device, and anonymous play statistics are only sent if you say yes.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Ondřej Plas, ID No. (IČO) 02368391, Lubno 107, 503 15 Nechanice, Czech Republic.

Data that stays on your device
Your progress (completed levels, stars, best moves, challenges), unlocked items and settings are saved only on your device. We do not receive them. If you uninstall the game or clear its data, this progress is deleted.
Play statistics (Unity Analytics) – only with your consent
When you first open the game we ask whether you want to share anonymous usage data. Only if you choose Share does the game send:
- gameplay events – levels started, finished, failed or restarted, moves and stars, tutorial completion, challenges played, skins tried or bought, settings changed, the shop being opened and purchase results (product and outcome, never payment details);
- technical information – device model, operating system, game version, language, and approximate country or region derived from your IP address;
- a random installation identifier created by Unity, not linked to your name, email or Google account.
Purpose: to find levels that are too hard or broken and improve the game. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time in Options → Share usage data; after that no more statistics are sent. Withdrawing does not affect data sent before.
Crash and error reports (Unity Diagnostics)
If the game crashes or hits an error, a technical report may be sent to Unity: the error message and stack trace, device model, operating system, game version and the installation identifier. This contains no gameplay history and nothing that identifies you directly. Purpose: fixing bugs. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a working game (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Google Play (and, once available, the Apple App Store). We never see or store your card or bank details. The store tells the game which item you bought together with an order receipt, so the game can unlock it and restore it on a new device. Google's and Apple's own privacy policies apply to the payment itself. Legal basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Advertising
The current version of the game shows no ads and uses no advertising identifier. If we add ads in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it before any ad-related data is collected.
This website
This website uses no cookies of its own and no tracking. Our hosting provider may log standard technical data (IP address, browser type, time of request) to keep the site running and secure. If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you.
Who processes the data
- Unity Technologies – analytics and crash reports;
- Google (and later Apple) – app distribution and payments;
- our website hosting provider.
These companies may process data in the United States. Transfers are protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep analytics and crash data only as long as needed to improve and fix the game, and no longer than the retention period set by Unity's services (currently up to about 2 years for analytics). Emails are kept as long as needed to deal with your request.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To ask for deletion of analytics data, email us; it helps if you include your game version and device model, as we cannot otherwise link anonymous data to you.
You can also file a complaint with the Czech data protection authority, Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (uoou.gov.cz), or the authority in your own EU country.
Changes
If we change this policy we will publish the new version here with a new effective date. Important changes will also be shown in the game.
